Fired up with hot sauce and flavored with creamy ranch dressing, this amped-up sandwich is definitely not your grandma’s chicken salad!

| 2 tbsp | mayonnaise |
| ¼ tsp | salt |
| 2½ cups | shredded rotisserie chicken |
| 3 | green onions, thinly sliced |
| 1 | stalk celery, diced |
| 4 | brioche buns, split |
| 4 | leaves lettuce |
| 1 | avocado, halved, pitted, peeled and sliced |
| 4 | thick slices tomato |
In large bowl, stir together ranch, The Original “Louisiana” Brand® Hot Sauce, mayonnaise and salt. Stir in chicken, green onions and celery.
Spoon chicken salad into buns with lettuce, avocado and tomato.
Tips: Alternatively, serve chicken salad in lettuce cups. Garnish with diced avocado and tomato.
Substitute brioche buns with whole-grain rolls or kaiser buns if preferred. Or roll up, burrito-style, using large tortillas.
