These colorful, loaded sushi-inspired bowls may be trendy, but they sure live up to the hype. This bright, delicious meal is perfect for using up leftovers for a filling and balanced lunch!

Spicy Salmon Sushi Bowl

Ingredients

8 oz cooked salmon fillets, flaked
4 Tbsp Louisiana Hot Sauce - Sweet Heat with Honey
2 Tbsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
2 Tbsp sesame oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
2 cup prepared sushi-style rice
½ avocado, pitted and chopped
½ cup cooked shelled edamame
¼ cup cucumber, sliced
3 Tbsp green onion, sliced and divided
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 toasted sesame seeds

Directions

    In a medium bowl, stir together salmon, 2 Tbsp of The Original “Louisiana” Brand Hot Sauce™ Sweet Heat With Honey, lemon juice, sesame oil and soy sauce.

    Divide rice evenly among 2 bowls. Top evenly with salmon mixture, avocado, edamame, cucumber and 2 Tbsp of green onion.

    Drizzle bowls with mayonnaise and remaining The Original “Louisiana” Brand Hot Sauce™ Sweet Heat With Honey. Garnish with sesame seeds and remaining green onion.
